The ACORN and OAK TREE apartments are available to guests for short-term rentals during the summer months for the Manti Miracle Pageant, the local Scandinavian Heritage Festival, family reunions, youth group conferences, and athletic training programs and tournaments, as well as for visitors to the area for ATV expeditions, rock climbing or other weekend excursions exploring the neighboring Manti-La Sal National Forest.

We appreciate your interest in staying at the Oak Tree/Acorn Apartments during your summer plans! We will do our utmost to make your stay an enjoyable experience. We’d like to take just a moment to explain some of the amenities we offer as well as suggest items you might need during your stay with us.  We are not a typical hotel, but include many things a hotel would not.

The Oak Tree Apartments are 10 three-bedroom/two bath and 1 one-bedroom/one-bath non-smoking unit with 2 twin beds in each, full baths, spacious, furnished living room, and large kitchen, which includes refrigerator, stove, microwave, garbage disposal, dining table with 4 chairs, and dishwasher.

Your $75.00 nightly fee includes all of the above, toilet paper, and cleaning supplies.  The Managers are on site for any need. Please bring all toiletries & towels, bedding, cooking/eating items, and any electronic devices (TV, fans, computer w/ Ethernet cable, movie/music equipment, etc.)

Several Acorn Apartments will be available for a $45 nightly fee.  Each non-smoking unit has 1 very large bedroom (you may request up to 2 twin beds to be placed in the unit for the night), furnished living room, dining area with table and 4 chairs, 1 full bath, and kitchen which includes refrigerator, stove, garbage disposal, and dishwasher. Please see previous paragraph for suggestions.

Please reply with a confirmation of the night(s) you wish to reserve, how many will be staying in each unit, and any questions/concerns you may have. Please mail a $25 deposit, which will be applied to your bill, to the address above.  To receive a refund for cancellation, we require a 24-hour notice, but advance notice is much appreciated as available rooms in the Sanpete area are limited.
